The graduation ceremony of P.A. College was held on Friday, June 30, 2023 at the Municipal Theater of Larnaca, in the presence of the City Authorities, and marked the completion of 40 years of academic excellence and contribution.

The Director of the College, Dr. Andreas Patsalides, referred to the successful operation and excellent academic contributions of the College, over the 40 years of its lifetime, emphasizing that the establishment of the P.A. College was a lifelong vision to operate the first higher education institution in Larnaca. He also emphasized that with persistent and diligent efforts the College was recognized as the best Business School in Cyprus with distinctions both in Cyprus and abroad. Reference was made to the College's important partnerships with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) stressing that the P.A. College was the first higher education institution in Cyprus to get maximum exemptions from the exams of both professional bodies. The collaboration with ICAEW and KPMG for the provision of strategic programmes is unique in Cyprus and amongst a few worldwide.

Dr. Patsalidis also mentioned the collaboration with Keele University, a leading university in the United Kingdom, which recognizes the first two years of the College's studies as equal to its own.

The official speakers of the evening were the honorable Mayor of Larnaca, Mr. Andreas Vyras, Ms. Christiana Diola, ICAEW Director Europe, European Region, Mr. Marios Evripidou, Business Relationship Manager ACCA, Cyprus, Greece, Malta and the external examiner, professor at the University of London, Dr. Duska Rosenberg. It is worth mentioning that Dr. Duska Rosenberg said she was impressed with the standards of excellence in the university-level education provided at P.A. College as well as with the high standard, hard work and dedication of the students.

Further, on behalf of the graduates, Zhanet Zhorova and Sofia Prodromou moved the audience with their farewell speeches, in English and Greek respectively, referring to the emotional journey of knowledge and experiences they have gained at P.A. College.

During the ceremony, the graduates of the College were presented with their degrees and awards were given to those who stood out in the course of the studies for excellent performance and outstanding achievement.

Thanks were extended to all the individuals and organizations who offered prizes. The ceremony was followed by a cocktail reception to which all guests were invited.
