Erasmus+ Student Complaint Procedure
Incoming Erasmus+ students
P.A. College aims at making all national, as well as Erasmus+ incoming and outgoing students feel welcomed to the P.A. College family and ensures inclusion and availability of equal opportunities of learning and development. Incoming students have the right to express their satisfaction or dissatisfaction of any level and also file any concern or complaint related but not limited to any of the following categories:
- Modules offered
- Facilities available
- Technical support at the College premises
- Academic concerns
- Lecturers
- Modules
- Grades
- Peer students
- Academic consultation
- Tutoring
- Administrative procedures
- Student welfare concerns
- Discrimination
- Bullying
- Personal concerns
Concern/Complaint procedure
When students have a concern or a complaint to make they can:
- Contact the Erasmus Coordinator at P.A. College and express their concern/complaint:
- In writing, by submitting a letter of complaint or;
- By emailing their concern/complaint to erasmus.in@pacollege.ac.cy
If the concern/complaint does not get attended or resolved they can:
- Contact the Course Coordinator at P.A. College and express their concern/complaint:
- In writing, by submitting a letter of complaint or;
- By emailing Mr. Demetris Toumbas, Course Coordinator, their concern/complaint at d.toumbas@management.pacollege.ac.cy
If the concern/complaint does not get attended or resolved they can:
- Contact the Departmental Heads at P.A. College and express their concern/complaint:
a. In writing, by submitting a letter of complaint or;
b. By emailing their concern/complaint to
- Business Department Head: Mr. Filippos Loizou at f.loizou@faculty.pacollege.ac.cy
- Business Computing Acting Head: Mr. Kyriakos Shialaros at k.shiallaros@faculty.pacollege.ac.cy
Outgoing students’ concerns/complaints
Please note that once outgoing students are in their host Institution in the host country, provided that they have concerns or complaints related to the host Institution, they will need to follow the host Institution’s formal complaint procedure. Informing and consulting with the Erasmus Coordinator at P.A. College is also welcomed.
