Staff and Student Development
P.A. College acknowledges the importance of staff and student development. Students are provided with the opportunity to participate in workshops to support their leadership and personal development. Our mission is to attend to the whole person in supporting our students’ development and lifelong success. Besides students, academic staff participates in an array of training, workshops and seminars to enable professional development and increase knowledge. Such opportunities would allow academics’ professional development and enhance their overall effectiveness and academic performance. Working closely with the departments and academic staff uniquely, needs are identified and customized training sessions and workshops are designed to provide professional skills development across all elements of the academic role.
